Our digital pianos carry a two-year 100% Trade-up Policy. This means that within two years from the date of purchase, you can trade back the digital piano you purchase from us and receive 100% of your original purchase price toward any other piano in-stock of equal or greater value.

Acoustic pianos with player or silent systems carry a 70% Lifetime Trade-up Policy. Again, this policy allows our player or silent piano customer the flexibility to trade in these pianos purchased from us AT ANY TIME and receive a 70% store credit toward the current sale price of any other piano we have in stock of equal or greater value.
